What to expect if you are an On-Farm pick-up customer

Tomatoes, Peppers, and Eggplants The actual varieties of organic produce will depend on what produce is currently in season and being harvested. You can look under, What We Grow & Months of Harvest or Read some of the 2009 CSA Basket Journal's, to get an idea of what months our different specie varieties of produce are harvested.

You will be excited to see the diversity in genus species and varieties of the organic vegetables, greens, lettuce, melons, and herbs that are waiting beautifully in our fields, to be picked fresh. Remember, when you partake in organic produce from Arugula's Star of Neal Family Farms, you are eating only the best in freshness, quality, taste, and nutritional content, because of the special care we take in keeping our soils extra healthy. Along with produce that can be used for cooking or cold preparations, you will often find salad mixes that are great to turn into a good-eats healthy dinner salad.

At Arugula's Star Farm, a goal of ours is to educate and to broaden culture's of taste, by allowing our customer's dinner table to be filled with many species & varieties of fresh organic produce. We want you to have fun with your organic produce!
